Acquisition of a holding of 35% in the group Jet Worldwide present in 13 countries.
1998
Chronopost takes over 100 % of Jet Worldwide capital.
Chronopost International, the new Jet Worldwide brand, is founded outside of France and in Spain.

Parceline and Interlink integrate the GeoPost network (held by the group La Poste).
2002
Opening of 3 subsidiaries in Norway, Niger and Morocco, and several branches including St Denis de la Réunion, Porto in Portugal, Bordeaux and Tours in France.
Chronopost International repurchases Taxicolis specialist in the organization of transport to strong urgent stake. Parceline and Interlink Express launch the express delivery service of Chronopost International in the United Kingdom and to Ireland.
2003
Opening of a subsidiary company in Turkey with the creation of a joint-venture between GeoPost (network express international of Chronopost) and Yurtiçi Kargo (leader of the sector of the parcels in Turkey): GeoPost Yurtiçi.
2004
Opening of International a Chronopost subsidiary company in Senegal.
GeoPost takes part in the capital of SEUR Madrid and of SEUR SA, n°1 of express transport in Spain.
GeoPost continues the expansion of its network in the countries of Eastern Europe: Baltic States, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania.
Chronopost International becomes majority shareholder of the company Garantpost leader of the domestic market in Russia.
